Why We Started KRAVV
Most food companies begin by asking one question:
“What should we sell?”
We asked a different one.
“What deserves to exist that doesn’t already?”
Around the world, countless cultures have created extraordinary flavors that have never been translated into products for modern consumers.
We believed there was room for something different.
Not another potato chip.
Not another spicy snack.
Not another variation of what already exists.
We wanted to build products inspired by flavors that have brought people together for generations while introducing those flavors to people experiencing them for the very first time.
KRAVV wasn’t created to follow trends.
It was created to build them.

The Search for the Perfect Pellet
Finding the right flavor turned out to be easier than finding the right crunch.
We tested different pellet shapes.
Different textures.
Different suppliers.
Different countries.
Some looked right but didn’t crunch correctly.
Others had the perfect texture but didn’t carry seasoning the way we wanted.
Some simply didn’t create the eating experience we imagined.
Every sample taught us something.
Every disappointment moved us closer.
The perfect snack isn’t just about flavor.
It’s about the first sound you hear when you take a bite.
The way the seasoning coats every surface.
The way it feels in your hand.
The way it keeps you reaching for one more.
Our search continues until every bite feels exactly right.

Why Jollof?
Some flavors are simply bigger than food.
Jollof is one of them.
For millions of people around the world, it’s a dish connected to celebrations, family gatherings, traditions and unforgettable conversations.
Its rich combination of tomatoes, onions, peppers and aromatic spices creates one of the most recognizable flavor profiles anywhere.
Yet despite its popularity, no one had transformed the bold, layered flavors of jollof rice into a crunchy snack inspired by the dish.
That wasn’t just an opportunity.
It was an invitation.
Not to recreate a plate of jollof rice.
But to create an entirely new snacking experience inspired by its unmistakable flavors.
That’s how Jollof Crunch was born.
